Mary Frantz

Mary Frantz is the Managing Partner and Founder of EKP. Mary is the acting lead over the Information Technology practice area. During the past 25 years Mary has held consulting and leadership positions in the areas of Information Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, Cyber Incident Response, and Big Data. She is a court vetted expert in cyber security, data breach, cloud-based delivery models, breach remediation and forensics. She is a keynote speaker, author, and adjunct professor, and she is passionate about promoting STEM opportunities for women and minorities. Mary graduated from Northern Illinois University with a quadruple major. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a Master's in Computer Science Engineering from Georgia Tech. In addition to her university education she holds multiple certifications in technology, information security, eDiscovery and audit. She sits on the advisory board of the Cyber Security Summit, Enterprising Women Foundation, Minnesota Academy of Science and is noted as one of the top 100 STEM CEOs. maryf@ekpartner.com.

Keatron Evans

Keatron Evans is a Partner and Cyber Security lead. Keatron has over 16 years' experience in IT and Security. He is a widely known and respected author, speaker, blogger, and expert on wide array of information security topics. He is the lead author of the best selling book, Chained Exploits - Advanced Hacking Attacks from Start to Finish. The book has been used to train the Cyber teams at the NSA, DHS and various areas of the military and Secret Service. Keatron is a graduate of Mississippi State University with an MIS and BS in Information systems, and a graduate of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He holds over 13 separate certifications in hacking, penetration testing, reverse engineering and is also a certified instructor in the same areas. Chris Brinkworth

EKP Director, Forensics and eDiscovery. Chris has over 16 years’ experience in digital forensics, internal investigations and electronic discovery. He is an expert in security forensics analysis, malware detection, memory , database, and packet analysis, mobile forensics, password hacking, and virtual systems. Chris is a national expert witness on multiple forensic and imaging tools and processes. He is well known for his work for such institutions include DFIR lab work for memory and malware analysis in support of incident response operations. He has provided corporate clients with file system analysis of Windows, Mac OS X and Linux systems resulting in courtroom testimony experience. Other experience includes hard disk recovery, social media forensics, cloud forensics and database recovery. He has design and operations experience in large electronic discovery platforms (Nuix, Digital Reef, Clearwell, Kazeon). Active member of High Technology Crime Investigation Association and former working member of the Electronic Discovery Resource Model (association). ICIS (systems integration specialist), MCSE, EnCE – Guidance Software, Mobile Forensics Expert – Cellebrite (renewal in process), CISSP – SANS. Loren Dealy Mahler

Loren Dealy Mahler of Dealy Mahler Strategies, LLC is a seasoned strategic leader with high-level government and private sector experience. Loren has advised top government officials with the National Security Council, the Department of Defense, Capitol Hill as well a senior executives from Fortune 500 companies and national non-profits. Loren partners with EKP and works directly with EKP clients to provide strategic communication counsel for crisis management, crisis communications response team development, reputation management, the development and audit of cyber crisis communication plans, and provides the public relations expertise in both real and cyber exercises. Loren is a graduate of Princeton University and holds a Master's in Public Policy from the McCourt School at Georgetown.
